These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 28-0 mobile application ("App"), developed by Paolo Furlan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

All content in the App — including design, graphics, game mechanics, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App uses publicly available historical ATP tennis statistics for entertainment and simulation purposes. Player names and tournament names are used in a factual, informational context. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATP, any Grand Slam organisation, or any individual player.
The App incorporates historical ATP match statistics spanning 1991–2023. This data is used solely to power game mechanics and simulation outcomes. All player ratings, simulated match results, and game outcomes are fictional and for entertainment purposes only. No real-world sports prediction or gambling function is implied.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed £10 (ten pounds sterling).
The App is a single-player experience with no multiplayer, social, or user-generated content features. You agree to use the App only for its intended entertainment purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or any service provided through it.
The App uses Firebase (Google LLC) for crash reporting and analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern with respect to usage of the App Store itself. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
